How to choose a business niche

In this tutorial I present a few ways to find a good business niche to get into. This is slightly different than finding business ideas. A business niche is the general business space within which you want to find business ideas and grow your business expertise.

Ultimately, this is a niche in which you will have to become a business expert. You will likely stay in that niche for a long time so it should be a subject matter which you enjoy and that you have some background in already. If you don’t enjoy the subject matter, it will be difficult to stay focused on it for a long time, especially during the day, months or weeks when things will be difficult.

Your business niche should also be something that you have some education or background in because starting from zero will make things that much more difficult for you.
