In this tutorial I discuss app store ranking and how you can make your app rank better in Apple App Store’s search rankings, and GooglePlay’s rankings when potential users are searching the app stores for apps.

The process of making your apps rank higher in app store searches is called ASO. ASO stands for app store optimization. It may seem very similar to SEO for Google, but there are many differences. Unlike SEO with Google, with ASO there are no links to build. The similarity is largely in the process of choosing and targeting search keywords for which you want your app to rank highly.
